We expect all of our vessels to be well managed and to comply with the following international maritime conventions. There are no additional national requirements.

* The International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974
* 1978 and 1988 Protocol to the 1974 Convention on Safety of Life at Sea
* The International Convention on Load Lines, 1966 and its Protocol of
1988
* The Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunications
Union (NICE) 1989, and the Radio Regulations, 1990
* The Convention on the Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic,
1965
* The International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969
* The International Health Regulations (Geneva) 1969
* The International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972
* The International Convention for Safe Containers, 1972
* The 1976 Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims Convention
* The 1978 Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Convention,
as amended
* 1974 Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their luggage
by sea and its 1976 Protocol
* 1976 ILO Convention No.147 - re minimum standards for seafarers
* 1988 Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the safety
of Maritime Navigation and its 1988 Protocol
* Protocol of 1978 relating to the International Convention for the Prevention
of Pollution from ships, 1973, as amended, Annexes 1, II, III and V
* International Convention relating to intervention on High Seas in cases
of Oil Pollution Casualties, 1969

* Protocol of 1976 and 1992 to the International Convention on Civil Liability
